What this website collects
This website has no account registration, contact form, analytics or advertising trackers. The free Overload Map is delivered through Payhip, using your email address to provide access to the guide. Marketing emails are optional.
When you contact us
If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, provide support and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. Please do not email card details or private journal responses.
Purchases
Relief purchases are completed on Payhip. Payhip and its payment provider, Stripe, process the information needed to take payment, prevent fraud, confirm the order and deliver the digital product. Their own privacy information is available during checkout. Joyful Clarity receives order and customer information needed to fulfil the purchase, provide support, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We do not receive your full card number.
Keeping and sharing information
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including customer support, accounting and legal requirements. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the business, or when the law requires us to do so.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, or object to its use. Email us to make a request or raise a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Relief
Relief is a self-guided digital PDF workbook supplied for personal use. It does not include a printed copy, therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or personal coaching. The UK price is £22.80 including VAT, as a one-time payment (£19 before tax). Tax elsewhere is calculated at checkout. The checkout displays the total amount before you pay.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed securely through Payhip and Stripe. After successful payment, Payhip provides access to the PDF automatically and sends purchase information to the email address entered at checkout. If you cannot access the file, email us with your order reference. Do not send card details.
Cancellation and digital delivery
The checkout may ask you to consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge how this affects your statutory cancellation right. Your rights concerning digital content that is faulty or does not match its description continue to apply. Contact us if you experience a problem or wish to discuss a cancellation or refund.
Personal use and copyright
Your purchase allows you to download and print the workbook for your own personal use. Please do not resell it, publicly upload it, distribute copies or use it in paid client work without written permission. Your private journal responses remain yours.
Using the resources
Use the material at your own pace. You may skip prompts or stop. You do not need to send us your journal responses. These educational and reflective resources do not replace professional care, and individual experiences vary.
